Coordinate: Available Here (created by me!)
Jacket: VintageShoes: Elizabeth & James

Oh hi there, miss me your friend Bianca? Oh I know it's been a while, but lets say the past 365 has been nothing short of a journey. But now after a little self motivation I'm ready and confident to get back into, blogging- what what!

Recently I've discovered the LOVE for coordinates, but unfortunately most that I could find were either made in china or simple not made for girls who fit in the realm of having hips that don't lie, butts that can't hide, and sometimes #bustygirlproblems. So I decided to create my own!

For those who don't know my mom is a designer, therefore I contacted her to join me on this venture of designing some fun BLARGH clothing ( I can't sew worth a damn) We spent a few weeks finding vintage fabrics, measuring women with an extra bit of hump, and coming up with some cute designs that are both summer cute and fall ready. I going to show you all every piece but I'll start today with one of my faves with is this simple jersey knit two piece.

The waist is a nice wide elastic (comfort-yay) that goes in at the waist while the short breezes out for that cute oversized look. The shirt is cropped but still long enough for those of us who aren't as petite as the Asian models used on sites such as Yesstyle. (Where anything oversized fits me regular haha)

I thought it would be fun to go full force with this look with some heels, floral crown, and demin jacket. So tell me ladies what do you think? Each coordinate is one of a kind so if you LOVE IT, head over to the shop and claim it for yourself. There labor day outfit solved!

Can't wait to show you the rest of the looks, plus because were such good friends take 15% off with the coupon code AB15OFF, now we're talking!

I'm feeling good today, and since I have this wild surplus of time, I DECIDED TO BLOG! I miss it so much, if you follow my twitter I am still shopping still dressing up regardless if I I have time to snap it professionally! Back tracking a little bit to my trip to NYC this spring. I didn't get to do as many outfit snaps I had initially planned (working on a few projects instead) BUT my first day there I was able to run over to Washington Square Park, where I basically spent my whole summer last year. How lucky that we had that freak heat wave? I was able to walk around in nothing more than a tshirt and classic mom jeans. What could be better?

Oh maybe getting a totally delicious sandwich from Brad's on NYU campus, I LOVE IT THERE!

feverishly packing

It's sort of nerve wrecking packing for NYC, I mean....you kind of have this desire that you want everything to be absolutely PERFECT, and un/fortunately the weather has been SPECTACULAR,I actually hate planning what I'm going to wear, I like to see how I feel, but since I want to literally shop till I drop I can't bring a whole bunch of clothes with me. I'm not excited to bust out my summer clothes (curse this winter weight! IM NOT READ FOR YOU SHORT SHORTS...lol) but I can still make it work! haha! I'm going to be all bright and celestial, also want be a be a bit more daring than I am in the Chi. OH IM TOO EXCITED also SUPER EXCITED to see one of my very best friends Hermela, we have a project coming up, but shhhhh its on the d/l!! I'm leaving at the BUTT CRACK of dawn tomorrow, to enjoy a 5 day trip to the Empire State. How NYC, its been much too long ;)

jammin to this whilst I iron TONS OF CLOTHES...might as well dance...

reeses pieces

(what i'm wearing: caramel swirl sweater: H&M, elaine blazer: halloween thrifting, jewelry: all gifted, high waisted pants: vintage, shoes: pay half, belt: vintage , dave is wearing vintage ralph lauren)

Can i admit that I am addicted? I swear to you, I don't have much of a sweet tooth, it rather comes and goes, but when it comes...IT COMES FULL FORCE. With all this leftover halloween candy I've been sugar crashing these past couple of weeks, until recently where I have to intentionally cut myself off! Although I think I subliminally dressed in the yummy tones of chocolate, caramel, and peanut butter candies, because they are reminiscent of the colors of fall. (my favorite colors!) Dave however, he loves his primary colors!♥♥

All this candy has been making me be a very strict vegetarian to counter act it. I keep my body very clean of hormones and processed foods (except for glorious donuts) but when I start eating candies, my body goes wild, my emotions roar, and I feel like I've gone coocoo for coco puffs! I think its time for a detox, especially before the unmerciful thankgiving FEAST.

Despite the sweetness of my teeth, Chicago has still been providing warm weather. It snowed last week for like a second, but this weekend the heat wave came again! I'm starting to worry!! Most people would enjoy warm weather, only I would find it suspicious.....ITS A TRAP

(im wearing, DNKY blazer- vintage, silk colbat shirt- vintage, high waisted khakis- bershka, flats & belt- vintage)

I have my "angry eyes" on during this shoot, oh well, I just got done with an audition, and I think I was still nerves. I really love strolling down Milwaukee Ave, in Chicago. All these old Furniture stores that look unnervingly outdated. With gold lame tigers, and other really gaudy nonsense we don't need in our homes. Plus pre-plastic covered sofas, what more do you need???

Seriously though, I might buy stuff like this to decorate my home, just to be ironic, haha, maybe a gold jaguar holding up a glass table? It might need to be done. Truth be told, my parent's home did not look too different from this when styles like these were HOT HOT HOT in the 90s, I mean, they've gone all contemporary now, but when I look at old pictures in 1997 with all of us wearing tracksuits, I can only laugh.

Don't you love old neon parts of town? Makes me sad that people tear these neat little establishments down for another trendy cupcake shop, because that's what we need....cupcakes....or froyo

(what im wearing: button down: vintage, velvet leggings: gift, platforms: knock offs, gold chain: mamas, vintage bolero hat: awesome gift from a nice elderly woman, watch: geneva)
I feel like im modeling for my indie music album

Does this weather look familiar to you? Its been like this a lot recently, both warm and cold, but always cloudy. The only time the weather clears up is at night, which makes it absolutely freezing. But I try not to complain, the worst is YET to come, amirite??? Haha. Plus there's something so wonderful about crisp autumnal nights, you can see so many stars! Makes me forget I'm a city kid.

When I first put this look together I was also rocking a leather jacket and raybans, but I looked in the mirror and was like JEEZ U LOOK LYKE TWIN SHADOW (dave agreed), I must be listening to them too much. Its funny finding style inspiration in a man, but who cares, he's so stylish! Plus, its #newwavesnovember! I'm happy with putting my dorky glasses back on and just being ME, its fun challenging your look, but I feel its important to always be yourself. I don't think I started to love blogging until I learned just that!

PS, martha marcy may marlene was EFFED UP, nightmares FOR DAYS....but maybe I'm just too sensitive, but elizabeth olsen is GORGE.Link

new waves november

(im new waving: blouse: vintage, jacket: vintage, pants: vintage, shoes: vintage...ALL VINTAGE AGAIN!! :D)

its official, while the men in my life aren't shaving, I'm taking in this cooler air but chillin out to some new wave music. Both old and new. I think all this 80s stuff I've been listening too has been effecting the way I dress--HARD. But I LOVE the eighties, I mean, what's not to love.

I rocked this look at Honky Tonk BBQ which is one of the yummiest BBQ joints in Chicago. It's in Pilsen (and I ♥ Pilsen) with all my homies! And the place is DECKED OUT. All the cool kids go there too because Pilsen is slowly being gentrified by hipstersssss. PLUS for us veggie heads, there vegetarian options! ITS GOOD! You should go!

I tried some new things with my hair here, but I'm not totally convinced what do you think? Regardless, DONT YOU LOVE THAT SHIRT, a super bass thrift find! I LOOOVE the buttons!

Anyway, super stoked for the weekend! I have NO PLANS, (and I kinda love it because I'm SO POOPED) but I might go see that Elizabeth Olsen film....what's your plans?

duck hunt

(what im wearing: duck hunt sweater- thrifted, red short shorts - UO, hunter boots- mama, mint blouse- LUSH)

Warmer weather is disappearing, november is bringing her chilly tales with her. There has been one last hurrah for Chi-town as this last heat wave dissipates. I'm glad it was here for Halloween, I felt bad for my east coast buddies, BUT I couldn't have been more smug for myself. I think yesterday was the last day I will ever go out bare legged (with nudy tights) from now on, if I'm wearing shorts or skirts, my legs will be covered in leggings and wool tights! I'm nervous about my impending winter looks, but I'm hoping the cold doesn't put me into a fashion SLUMBER.

Anyway, I'm wearing my lucky ducky top, I got back in my "ironic hipster days." I still LOVE IT. It reminds me of one of my most hated childhood games "duck hunt" Its a fun game-- in a disturbing violent way, BUT THAT DARN DOG, UGH, WHO DOESN'T HATE HIM??? I think he's the reason why I love cats! Haha!

This post is dedicated to the 90s kid in all of us! Lets play!

ps....new sonic game coming out soon..WHAT!! :D

hey guys
